The Ascot Park Apartments have really cleaned up these past years. They make sure to keep the complex looking beautiful and keep anyone out that shouldn't be here doing things they shouldn't be doing. Any maintenance request is usually accommodated that day, unless it's late, then 1st thing in the morning! The maintenance manager, Carlos, is quick and amazing! I have lived here for almost 2 years and I truly love my home and my neighbors.

Just wanted to give a great big thank you to Carlos!! I explained nobody had fulfilled my work order in a couple weeks to fix our garbage disposal. He came right away with a big smile and was ready to fix it. It took him less than 5 minutes and asked if i needed anything else. He is very much appreciated and a good asset to have.

I recently moved from Washington state to California due to a job relocation and I found ascot park. the staff was so friendly Roberto the manager helped me with the process from A to Z and the move went so easy and the apartment was amazing. I have a 2 bedrooms with stainless steel appliance, laminate wood floor and the best of all How great the rent is on my new home. Like

I have lived in these apartments for about 2 years now and I love them, I have had some issues but thankfully the Owner was able to resolve these issues with speed and consideration to myself and my family. Thank you so much SoCal Management ! The Regional Manager Rocks! She will always do her best to fix any issues anyone may have, if you guys want a luxury beautiful apartment home hit up SoCal Management they will take care of you and treat you and ur family right!!!

I have been living here for over a month now and I can’t help but to feel thankful everyday to have come across Ascot Apartment Homes.Definitely a huge upgrade due to the up-to-date appliances (Stove,fridge, and more depending on the number/1b-3b of bedrooms you choose.The locality is a safe quiet community surrounded by a middle school and high school directly in front of the property.Management is friendly and are quick to attending to work orders.Im trying to think of a con for living here bu
