Just wanted to give a great big thank you to Carlos!! I explained nobody had fulfilled my work order in a couple weeks to fix our garbage disposal. He came right away with a big smile and was ready to fix it. It took him less than 5 minutes and asked if i needed anything else. He is very much appreciated and a good asset to have.

I have lived in these apartments for about 2 years now and I love them, I have had some issues but thankfully the Owner was able to resolve these issues with speed and consideration to myself and my family.
